A Bill of sale contract is a contract between a buyer and a seller of an item. In the below case, the item is sold in an as-is condition with no installments or warranties.

The sale of this item is absolute and requires no collateral or installments. The item is sold in its entirety with no liens or encumbrances. The item is sold ‘as-is’ in its current condition.
